PREPARATION
1. Cook the Falafel:
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry The Meat Club falafel until golden brown.
- Alternatively, for a healthier option, you can bake or air fry the falafel. Follow the package instructions.
- Place cooked falafel on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
2. Assemble the Wrap:
- Warm the tortillas.
- Spread approximately 1/4 cup of hummus on each tortilla.
- Place 3-4 falafel in the center of each tortilla.
- Add sliced cucumber, tomatoes, shredded lettuce, red onion, and feta cheese (if using).
3. Add Sauces:
- Drizzle 2 tablespoons of tzatziki sauce over the ingredients.
- Optionally, add hot sauce or your favorite dressing for extra flavor.
4. Roll and Serve:
- Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll it up tightly.
- Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
- Cut the wraps in half diagonally before serving.
