What is the catch?

There isn't one. Your subscription is completely flexible. Edit your order, change your frequency, skip a delivery, pause or cancel whenever you need to. We just ask that if you are thinking of cancelling, you consider pausing instead. It keeps your Free Protein For Life perk intact and you can pick back up whenever you are ready.

Can I skip, pause or cancel?

Yes to all three, any time, from your account dashboard. If you are going away or need a break we recommend pausing rather than cancelling — pausing keeps your Free Protein For Life and accumulated rewards intact. Cancelling forfeits them.

Can I change what is in my order?

Log into your account dashboard to edit the products in your order, add new items, remove existing ones, or change how often we deliver. Changes take effect on your next delivery.

When am I charged?

Your card is charged two days before each delivery. You will receive a reminder beforehand so you have time to make any changes. If a payment fails we will notify you straight away.

Can I order things outside my subscription?

Yes. Select one-time purchase at checkout for any item and it will not affect your subscription.

How do I start one?

At checkout, just below where you select your delivery date and time, switch on the subscription option and choose your delivery frequency. Your subscription is set up automatically when your order is confirmed.
