At The Meat Club, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase from our store. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return products and request a refund. By purchasing from us, you agree to this policy. This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (Cap. 52A) and other relevant laws in Singapore.
1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility for Returns:
All refunds and returns will be made on a case-by-case basis, noting that:

- A refund request must be made within 3 days of taking delivery of the Products.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Perishable items such as meat and other food products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items:

- Promotional items
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products where there has been a change of mind
2. Refunds
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds:

- Refunds are only available for defective or damaged products.
- Requests for refunds must be made within 3 days of taking delivery.
2.2 Process for Refunds and Exchanges

- To request a refund or exchange, please get in touch with our customer service team via the contact information below.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence, such as photos and your delivery Packing Slip (found at the top of your chiller bag)
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, process your refund or exchange
2.3 Refund and Exchange Method:

- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 2 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Exchanges will be organised at a time and date that suits you.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
3.1 Reporting Damaged or Defective Items:

- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence such as photos.
- Our team will assess the situation and provide a resolution, which may include a refund, exchange, or replacement, by the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (Cap. 52A).
4. Shipping Costs
4.1 Responsibility for Shipping Costs:

- If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the shipping costs.
- If the return is not due to our error, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of $15.
4.2 Non-Refundable Shipping Costs:

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
