Mostly from Australia and New Zealand, which has been the backbone of our range since 2015. Our Beef comes from Stanbroke in Queensland, our Chicken from Steggles & Lilydale in NSW, our King Salmon from Akaroa in New Zealand.

Yes, if it is frozen the right way. Meat that is blast frozen at the source, at peak eating condition, locks in the nutritional value, texture and flavour at the point when they are best.

What gets labelled as fresh in a supermarket has often been repacked or sat in a display case after travelling, which means it can be older and more handled than what arrives at your door. It comes down to when it was frozen and what happened before that. Ours is done right.

Yes. Order before 2pm and we will be at your door the next day, free, islandwide, Monday to Saturday. We do not charge for delivery. Most online butchers in Singapore do.

Every order arrives in a reusable insulated chiller bag with ice packs. Your proteins are already frozen when they leave us, so they are not racing against the clock the way chilled meat would be.

The cold chain stays intact from our warehouse to your door. If for any reason something does not arrive in the condition you expect, contact us straight away and we will sort it.

Absolutely. Every product on the site is available as a one-off purchase. Add to cart and check out. A recurring order unlocks Free Protein For Life and a set of member perks, but there is no pressure and nothing you have to commit to before you are ready.

Most of our range is. Our beef, chicken and lamb all carry current halal certifications. We store and handle halal and non-halal products separately throughout our warehouse and at the point of delivery. See the full halal range here.
