Delivery days and times
We deliver Monday to Saturday. Order before 2pm for free next-day delivery islandwide.
Choose a delivery slot at checkout:

• Monday to Friday: 10am to 1pm, 1pm to 4pm, or 5pm to 8pm
• Saturday: 10am to 1pm or 1pm to 4pm

How your order arrives
Frozen products arrive in an insulated chiller bag with ice packs. Chilled items such as ham and eggs travel in the same bag. Please put everything in the freezer or fridge as soon as it arrives.

If you're not home
We deliver to your door. If we cannot complete a delivery and need to redeliver, a $15 redelivery fee applies.

Changes to your delivery
To change your delivery address or slot, contact us at least 48 hours before your delivery date at info@themeatclub.com.sg or on WhatsApp at +65 8815 5680.
