How do I make a purchase?
- Browse our shop page to select the items you would like included in your delivery, to suit your needs.
- Nominate either a One-Time Purchase and/or Subscribe to unlock up to 15% off your subscription total.
- Choose your desired delivery schedule.
- Complete your personal information including payment details and we will do the rest for you.
I'm having trouble placing my order online.

What are my delivery options?
You can choose your preferred delivery based on our slots as below.
Weekday slots:
- Morning 10:00am to 1:00pm
- Noon 1:00pm to 4:00pm
- Evening 5:00pm to 8:00pm
Saturday slots:
- Morning 10:00am to 1:00pm
- Noon 1:00pm to 4:00pm
When do I get charged?
Your nominated credit card will be charged upon confirming your first order.
If you choose subscribe to our offering, your nominated credit card will be charged 3 days prior to the subsequent deliveries and so on, on the delivery schedule you nominated (2, 4 or 8 weekly).
How do I create a subscription?
When browsing products, select Subscribe (instead of One-Time Purchase) while adding them to your cart. Choose between a weekly, fortnightly or monthly delivery schedule during checkout. Once the order is paid for and processed, your ongoing subscription is created.
I would like to add items to my subscription, how do I do that?
Navigate to your Account Dashboard and click on Subscriptions. From there, select Edit Subscription as below, which will navigate you back to our Shop page.
When selecting products, choose “Subscribe” as below (instead of One-Time Purchase) and then click “Add to existing subscription”. Your subscription basket will be updated with the item(s) and processed (paid) together with your regular items, 3 days prior to your next delivery cycle. Importantly, the item(s) will continue to be part of your subscription basket and will stay there until you choose to edit your cart again.
I would like to have a one-off item delivered together with my subscription, can you arrange this for me?
Navigate to your Account Dashboard and click on Subscriptions. From there, select Edit Subscription as below, which will navigate you back to our Shop page.
When selecting products, choose “One-Time Purchase” as below (instead of Subscribe) and then click on “Add to existing subscription”. Your basket will be updated with the item(s) and processed (paid) together with your regular items, 3 days prior to your next delivery cycle. Importantly, the item(s) will not continue to be part of your subscription basket and will drop off on your next subscription cycle.
I would like to order some items separately from my subscription, is it possible?
Yes! Simply log into your account and shop as you would, normally. When browsing products, select “One-Time Purchase” and Add to cart. Proceed to check out normally and select your preferred delivery date and time slot. Your current subscription will not be affected.
