How do your subscriptions work?

We offer a flexible subscription model, which means you get a regular delivery from The Meat Club on a schedule that suits your needs. You are free to edit your cart between each delivery, ship product ASAP, skip a delivery or pause for an indefinite period anytime via the Dashboard (to understand the Dashboard see here).

How much can I save by subscribing?

Subscription orders enjoy tiered savings according to the total value of subscription products in the cart, as shown in the table here. The more product added, the greater the saving.

Great, how do I create a subscription?

When browsing products, select Subscribe (instead of One-Time Purchase) while adding them to your cart. Choose between a weekly, fortnightly or monthly delivery schedule during checkout. Once the order is paid for and processed, your ongoing subscription is created.

I'm new to The Meat Club, is there a welcome offer?

Yes! All new members benefit from $10 off their first order, automatically on checkout, with WELCOME10.

Is there any other perk of subscribing?

Do you charge a delivery fee and is there a minimum spend?

There is no minimum spend however free delivery is available for orders over $100. Orders below this amount are charged a flat $15 rate.

What are my delivery options for subscription and one-off purchases?

We deliver Monday-Saturday (inclusive) on the following schedule:

Weekday slots:

  • Morning 10:00am to 1:00pm
  • Noon 1:00pm to 4:00pm
  • Evening 5:00pm to 8:00pm

Saturday slots:

  • Morning 10:00am to 1:00pm
  • Noon 1:00pm to 4:00pm

I'm nervous about committing to a subscription, what is the catch?

Don’t be! The subscription is flexible, easy to navigate and you can modify your schedule and products, or pause the subscription at anytime. Our helpful tips on How to Navigate our Dashboard make your regular protein shopping easy and if all else fails, our friendly team are here to help!

I would like to add items to my subscription, how do I do that?

Navigate to your Account Dashboard and click on Subscriptions. From there, select Edit Subscription asd below, which will navigate you back to our Shop page.

When selecting products, choose “Subscribe” as below (instead of One-Time Purchase) and then click “Add to existing subscription”. Your subscription basket will be updated with the item(s) and processed (paid) together with your regular items, 3 days prior to your next delivery cycle. Importantly, the item(s) will continue to be part of your subscription basket and will stay there until you choose to edit your cart again.

Will you allow me to cancel if I'm not happy?

Of course! If the subscription no longer suits your needs, you’re welcome to cancel at any time. However, please note that canceling will result in the loss of your $140 in FREE subscription rewards. That’s why we always recommend pausing your subscription instead, as this will allow you to keep your rewards intact when you're ready to resume.
