PREPARATION
- Slice the beef into 1-inch cubes for bite-sized portions. Pro tip: Beef tenderloin or eye fillet is already tender, so no need for tenderising. You can also go for wagyu beef as an alternative.
- Heat up some oil in a pan until it's sizzling hot. Add the beef cubes and cook all sides until they turn a beautiful brown colour. This should only take about 2 minutes. Set them aside.
- Whip up the sauce by mixing light soy sauce, mirin, and a hint of wasabi. Drizzle this delightful sauce over your beef cubes.
- Pair it with some rice, sprinkle on some fresh spring onions, and you're good to go! Enjoy your meal!
