PREPARATION
- Add greek yogurt, grated ginger, lemon juice, Tandoori spice blend and salt to a mixing bowl. Mix well.
- Add barramundi fillets, coat well. Marinate for at least 15 mins.
- Place fillets on baking tray with baking sheet and bake in the oven for 10-12 mins at 180c.
- Serve with salad or rice.
