INGREDIENTS

2 x New Zealand King Salmon Fillet
2 tbsp olive oil
1 lemon, sliced
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon wedges for serving

PREPARATIONS

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and season with salt, pepper, and fresh dill.
Arrange lemon slices on top of the salmon fillets.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
