PREPARATIONS
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and season with salt, pepper, and fresh dill.
- Arrange lemon slices on top of the salmon fillets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
