PREPARATION
- In a large bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients, add the beef, and toss well to coat evenly.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add the spinach and cook until just wilted. Season with soy sauce and set aside.
- Turn the heat to high and cook the marinated beef in batches for 3–5 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Spoon steamed rice into bowls, top with beef and spinach, and serve with kimchi on the side.
