PREPARATIONS
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and lemon juice. - Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear the salmon fillets for 2 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the salmon to a baking dish. Pour the honey-garlic mixture over the salmon.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and flaky.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
