PREPARATION
- Prepare the Beef: Toss beef with 1 tbsp soy sauce and cornstarch. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Sauté Vegetables: Heat oil in a wok, stir-fry broccoli and bell pepper for 3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Cook the Beef: In the same pan, cook beef for 2 minutes until browned.
- Add the Sauce: Stir in remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and ginger. Return veggies to the pan and mix well.
- Serve Hot: Pair with steamed rice or noodles.
