Australia is renowned for the quality and consistency of its beef. The Meat Club range of Premium Australian Beef Lean Mince is certified #trueaussie.
Free to roam in their natural environment, feeding on natural grasses and interacting with their surrounds from birth to roughly 18 months of age, our Premium Beef is then transferred to a 100 day grain-fed program in a large outdoor feed-lot in Queensland. The grain provided to our cattle is sourced from adjoining properties and is designed specifically, to produce a rich and consistent eating experience and flavour.
Sourced from the Gulf of Carpentaria region in Northern Queensland via a fully integrated supply chain, our beef is cared for by the same people all the way through from birth to processing. You can be assured of the food safety for our beef, as it is cut and vacuum packed at the processor in Australia. This means less contamination risks as third-party handling is significantly reduced, with no-one ‘touching’ your meat until it is opened by you in the comfort of your home.
