Full of flavour but without any nasties, our bacon is perfect pan fried for a traditional breakfast, added to a favourite quiche or savoury muffin, or atop a pizza. Free-range pork streaky bacon, nitrite-free, from Gooralie, Goondiwindi, QLD, 180g. Thin-cut and well-cured, crisps up well in the pan or on the BBQ.
Where it comes from:
Gooralie free-range farms, Goondiwindi, QLD. APIQ certified, nitrite-free, no added hormones.
How it gets to you:
Portioned and blast frozen at Gooralie's processing facility in Queensland. Shipped under strict cold chain to Singapore and delivered frozen to your door. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight before cooking.
How to cook it:
Pan-fry over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side until crispy. Bake at 200°C on a wire rack for 12 to 15 minutes for flat, even strips.
