PREPARATIONS
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix butter, garlic, parsley, and thyme.
- Season the inside and outside of the salmon with salt and pepper.
- Stuff the salmon cavity with lemon slices.
- Spread the herb butter mixture over the outside of the salmon.
- Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with foil.
- Roast for 30-40 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional herbs if desired.
