PREPARATION
- Prepare Sauce: Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
- Cook Noodles: Soak vermicelli noodles in hot water until soft, then drain.
- Stir Fry: Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a wok over medium heat. Cook shrimp until just done, then set aside. Cook beaten eggs into a thin omelette, roll up, and slice.
- Combine Ingredients: Sauté garlic, ginger, and onion until soft. Add bell pepper and cook briefly. Add noodles and sauce, tossing to coat. Add shrimp, BBQ pork, and sliced egg. Stir-fry until heated through.
