PREPARATION
- Marinate the pork chops with marinade for at least 30min.
- Preheat air fryer at 190deg.
- Coat marinated pork in egg then cream cracker crumbs.
- Air crisp for 7min, flipping halfway. Set aside once done.
- Mix the sauce mixture well.
- Add oil, garlic and onion and fry till fragrant.
- Add the frozen vegetables and cook till soft, about 3min.
- Add sauce mixture and bring to a boil.
- Once sauce thickens, remove and pot and pour over the pork chops.
