    • Natural reared in open pastures and finished on a bespoke grain diet
    • Low levels of saturated fats and cholesterol
    • Never administered growth hormones, antibiotics strictly limited to sick animals
    • Perfect marbling, tender and full of flavour

Our Wagyu Rib Yakiniku calves are raised naturally on their mother’s milk and pasture for the first 6 months, before being fed on irrigation pasture and introduced to a non-grain ration. After being

fully weaned, the Wagyu Rib Yakiniku cattle are fed a supplementary ration for 100+ days while still having access to pasture. They are complemented with a 600+ days feed ration in a low density lot feeding system in the outdoors. The results is a highly marbled Wagyu that has been found to contain monounsaturated fats, which can assist in reducing cholesterol levels in the body.

Our Wagyu Rib Yakiniku suppliers have a commitment to animal welfare and management, land quality, water efficiency, and climate variability.
