PREPARATION
- Marinade chicken for at least 30min.
- Heat pan and add oil and butter.
- Add chicken and pan fry each side for 4-5min until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
- In the same pan, fry garlic until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth, scraping up the yummy brown bits.
- Add cooking cream and simmer for 1-2min.
- Add parsley flakes and Parmesan cheese.
- Return chicken to pan and arrange eggs.
- Serve immediately.
