How it gets to you:

Harvested to order and blast frozen at Vertical Oceans' facility in Singapore. Delivered frozen to your door under cold chain. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight before cooking.

How to cook it:

Thaw overnight in the fridge. Pan-fry in butter and garlic for 2 to 3 minutes per side. Grill over high heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side. Add to curries, pasta, and stir-fries.
