    About this cut: Cage-free chicken drumsticks from Steggles farms in Australia, 400g. Bone-in, skin-on: great for oven baking, air-frying, or slow-cooking in sauces. The bone keeps the meat moist and adds flavour during cooking.

    How to cook it: Bake at 200°C for 35 to 40 minutes, turning once halfway. Air-fry at 180°C for 25 minutes. Marinate for at least 30 minutes before cooking for best flavour penetration.
