The Meat Cuts app is your number one destination for information about beef, lamb, veal and goat cuts. The app provides information on where individual cuts come from, their characteristics, suggested cooking methods and a perfectly matched recipe. Plus, it even suggests an alternate cut to the one you’re looking for, just in case you can’t get the exact cut from your butcher or supermarket.
The RoastMate app is designed to help you cook the perfect beef, lamb or veal roast. It ensures you have a great experience every time by taking the guesswork out of cooking roasts. RoastMate is easy-to-use – simply enter the beef, lamb or veal roasting cut you would like to cook, along with its weight, and RoastMate will tell you exactly how long to cook it for. RoastMate also includes handy prompts to check the internal temperature of your roast to make sure you don't overcook it, as well as how long to rest for.
