Hi Jasmin! Tell us a little bit about yourself. Where do you call home? Have you got family of your own? Kids, pets?

I’m originally for London and have lived in Singapore for the last 10 years. I have 3 boys including a set of twins.

How did you develop your passion for being a home cook?

My mum has been my biggest inspiration. She’s a great cook. I would spend time with my mum in the kitchen, watching her and helping her cook. Plus, I love to eat.

What inspired you to share your culinary home cook creations with others?

I wanted people to know that healthy food doesn’t need to be boring. Once I started making healthier versions of my favourite meals. I would send pictures to my family WhatsApp group. My brother encouraged me to share them on Instagram, probably because I was clogging up his WhatsApp.

Is your home cooking a side hustle or full time passion project?

It’s a passion project that lead to my health coach career.

Tomahawk Steak with Chimichurri.

If you were to create your own meat pack, what would be in it?

Tomahawk Steak, ribs, chicken thighs & beef mince.

Are there any cooking techniques or tools that you find especially helpful when preparing meals at home?

Sous vide! My fave way to prepare meat.
