How Do We Guarantee Freshness for Our Beef and Lamb?

At The Meat Club, quality control is at the heart of everything we do. We use advanced atmospheric and vacuum packaging technology at our partner facilities in Australia to pre-portion and seal our beef and lamb. This vacuum-sealed packaging moulds to the shape of the meat, offering maximum protection while preserving freshness from paddock to plate in Singapore. Throughout our logistics supply chain, we carefully monitor temperature and humidity to ensure consistency and minimise fluctuations.

How do we guarantee up to 23 days chilled shelf life for our beef and lamb items, on Auto Pilot?

Our Auto Pilot subscription ensures your beef and lamb are delivered immediately upon import, providing you with the longest possible shelf life. Thanks to our advanced vacuum packaging and strict temperature control, our meat stays fresh for up to 23 days in the fridge from the date of import. This minimises food waste while ensuring you always have premium-quality meat on hand.

Why Does Lean Mince Have a Shorter Shelf Life?

The process of mincing aerates the meat, leading to a shorter shelf life. As a result, lean mince should be consumed within 10 days when stored in the fridge.

What is the shelf life when I opt for next-day delivery?

We offer one-off, next-day delivery for ultimate convenience. However, due to our 4-week import cycle, your meat may arrive with 20, 15, or 10 days of shelf life remaining, depending on where your order falls in the cycle.

For the longest shelf life, join Auto Pilot, and your meat will be delivered immediately upon import every four weeks. There’s no lock-in contract, giving you the flexibility to modify, defer, or cancel anytime.
