Our beef is cut fresh and is allowed to ‘wet-age’ in state of the art packaging, ready for when you open and start cooking.

Our 100% Grass Fed Porterhouse Steak (also known as Sirloin) is considered to be the finest of all beef cuts. With a thick layer of outside fat (which can be trimmed), they are well suited to grilling or pan-frying.
