Description

About these eggs:

Cage-free eggs are produced by hens that are free to roam, nest, and engage in natural behaviours, not confined to individual cages. The Certified Humane Raised and Handled® standard requires annual inspections to verify this. Grade AA means clean, firm whites and a well-centred yolk, consistent for both cooking and baking. Each egg is XL size, approximately 68g.

Where it comes from:

Produced daily at N&N Agriculture's bio-secured farm at 1 Lim Chu Kang Lane 9A, Singapore. The farm is Certified Humane Raised and Handled® under HFAC standards and meets the SS 676:2021 Singapore Standard for Good Animal Husbandry Practice. Hens are fed a blend of premium corn, soya, and multi-grains. The farm is subject to regular SFA sampling for Salmonella, avian influenza, and antibiotic residues.

How it gets to you:

Collected, graded, and packed at the farm daily. Eggs arrive chilled in an insulated delivery bag. Free next-day delivery islandwide for orders before 2pm.

How to cook them:

Keep refrigerated and use within the date on the pack. Bring to room temperature before boiling for a more consistent result. For poaching and frying, the freshest eggs hold their shape best. Try them in our Moroccan Baked Chorizo Eggs recipe.
