UBX Training workout delivers a unique mix of boxing and strength training across a 12-round circuit. During the workout you get one on one training with our coaches to work on form, technique and do pad work. We use thousands of exercises in unlimited combinations to provide a new workout every day.

We meet you where you are, no matter your fitness level. Every day we train anyone from professional athletes looking to push themselves to the limits to new mums who are getting back into exercise. We don’t have class timetables, so you can start your workout a time that works for you.
